Service Dogs, as defined by the ADA, are allowed. For the safety of our fairgoers and livestock, pets are NOT allowed.

No refunds. The fair operates rain or shine. A few events are weather-dependent; please plan accordingly.

Come hungry! The fair features a wide variety of delicious options scattered throughout the grounds to satisfy every craving, including:
Fair Classics: You’ll find all your traditional favorites like corn dogs, fresh-cut french fries, funnel cakes, fried dough, cotton candy, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and popcorn.
Hearty Meals & Food Trucks: Local and visiting vendors serve up sausage-and-pepper subs, cheeseburgers, BBQ pulled pork, wood-fired pizza, tacos, and gyro wraps.
Vermont Specialties: In honor of our agricultural roots, you won’t want to miss the Sugarhouse, filled with goodies like maple cotton candy and maple lemonade.
The Dining Hall: For a sit-down meal experience, check out the fairgrounds dining hall/food pavilion, which often features home-cooked meals hosted by local community organizations.

Cash or check is accepted at the main ticket gate. Credit cards are accepted at the midway ride booths. Some vendors may accept cards, but some are cash-only.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) are located at multiple points throughout the fairgrounds for your convenience.

Yes, the fairgrounds feature accessible pathways, restrooms, and designated accessible parking close to the gates.
Please keep in mind that because it is an outdoor agricultural setting, the terrain includes grass, gravel, and dirt, which can vary depending on weather conditions.
We have shuttles throughout the fairgrounds to take you to your car or to the other end of the fair grounds, if needed.

Your admission ticket is an all-inclusive pass to all grounds entertainment! It includes entry to the fairgrounds, all agricultural exhibits, 4-H shows, live music, grandstand events (like the Demolition Derbies and Tractor Pulls), and free parking.
Note: Midway rides, carnival games, and food vendor purchases are separate.

Yes! Children ages 5 and under are admitted free every day. There is reduced pricing for children ages 6–11.
On Tuesday, seniors with a Green Mountain Passport and U.S. veterans receive free admission.
