Wedding Rental Options

All wedding contracts include the site fee and grounds person fee:

  • Site Fee (Use of the Grounds): $500

  • Grounds Person: $200

  • Paquette Building (120' x 120'): $600

  • 4-H Youth Hall (40' x 120'): $300

  • Picnic Pavilion (30' x 96'): $300

  • Butterfield Arena (60' x 144'): $300

  • Dining Hall (32' x 80'): $300

  • Dining Hall + Kitchen (32' x 80'): $350

Equipment & Amenities

  • Trash Service: $150

  • Camper Hookups: $35 per night

  • Golf Cart: $150

  • Picnic Tables (30+ available): $25 each

  • Banquet Tables (14 available): $10 each

  • Metal Chairs (150 available): $1 each

  • 36" Fans: $25 each

  • Cooler: $75
